Please send an email to mobilemission@philembassy.org.au on or before 12 October 2023 (subject : Vanuatu Consular Mission) and attach a copy of the approval letter from the Consul General to book an appointment for oath-taking.

All dual citizenship applicants who wish to apply for Philippine passports must also send a separate email to mobilemission@philembassy.org.au as mentioned in the above section for passports. The mobile mission is unable to accommodate dual citizen oath-takers who wish to avail of passport services but have not secured appointments for passport applications.
